Business buyers enthuiastically come to me because they know my clients are serious about selling their companies and they will recieve the right information to make an offer quickly. Here is a representive sampling of some of these buyers. (See Buyer List)

About our Buyers

JMR Capital, Inc. pre-qualifies all buyer applicants prior to entering the information in the database.

Corporate buyers are asked to submit a company financial statement and a Dun and Bradstreet credit profile. Investment funds typically submit a company profile, fund information, acquisition criteria and a listing of portfolio companies.

High wealth individual buyers are asked to complete a Personal Profile and submit it with a Resume of work experience. The buyer must also submit a financial statement, bank and personal references.

Buyers that are not willing to provide the information we require are not listed in our database. We only deal with serious, motivated buyers.
